How do I personalize my necklace?

Simply enter your chosen name in the personalization field on the product page before adding your necklace to your cart. Please make sure the spelling is correct, as your necklace will be made exactly as entered.

How long does production take?

As each necklace is custom-made, production typically takes 3–4 business days before your order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

hipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all of our necklaces are personalized and made specifically for you, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified once production has started. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

What materials are used?

Our necklaces are crafted from high-quality copper and finished with real gold plating for a beautiful, long-lasting shine. Each necklace features premium 5A zirconia stones for exceptional sparkle and brilliance.

Will my necklace tarnish?

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and offers excellent color retention. However, all gold-plated jewelry naturally experiences wear over time. To help maintain its shine, we recommend avoiding frequent exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals.

Can I wear my necklace in water?

Occasional contact with water is generally not a problem. However, to extend the life of the gold plating and keep your necklace looking its best, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or prolonged exposure to water.

What is 5A zirconia?

5A zirconia is one of the highest-quality grades of cubic zirconia available. It is valued for its exceptional clarity, brilliance, and diamond-like sparkle.

Do you accept returns?

As our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect personalization submitted by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at Libertaamsterdam@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
