Welcome to Liberta Amsterdam. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.

2. Products

We specialize in personalized jewelry made to order according to the customization details provided by the customer.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, appearance, and finishing may occur. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.

3. Personalization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details when placing an order.

Please carefully review all names, words, spelling, capitalization, and other customization details before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Only Latin alphabet letters (A–Z) are supported unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Symbols, emojis, numbers, and unsupported characters are not permitted. Unsupported characters may be omitted from the final design.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Production and Delivery

All products are handmade and made to order.

Estimated production times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

For personalized necklaces, production generally takes approximately 4 weeks.

Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier services, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the products.

7. Returns and Refunds

Personalized products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable European Union and Dutch consumer legislation.

As our products are made according to the customer's specifications, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not available unless required by law.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs and additional information to help us assess the issue.
