Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. As each item is custom-made and personalized specifically for the customer, special conditions apply to returns and cancellations.

Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union and Dutch consumer protection laws, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

However, pursuant to Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and applicable EU consumer legislation, this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

As all of our necklaces are made to order and personalized according to the information provided by the customer, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Returns

We do not accept returns for personalized products.

Because each item is custom-made specifically for the customer, returned items cannot be resold or reused.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for personalized products.

Please carefully review all personalization details, including spelling, capitalization, and other customization choices before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If you wish to request a cancellation shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible if production has already begun.

Incorrect Personalization Submitted by the Customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details provided at checkout are accurate.

We are not responsible for errors, misspellings, incorrect names, incorrect capitalization, or other customization information submitted by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an item that differs from the personalization details submitted in your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If we determine that the item is defective, damaged during transit, or produced incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
