Thank you for shopping with Liberta Amsterdam. Every necklace is handmade and personalized especially for you. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Production Time

All of our products are made to order.

Because each necklace is personalized and handcrafted specifically for the customer, production takes approximately 4 weeks before the order is ready to be shipped.

Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery within the Netherlands typically takes up to 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may be affected by factors such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs procedures (for international orders)

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Order Tracking

When available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

If tracking information is provided by the carrier, it will be included in your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Liberta Amsterdam is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

While we will do our best to assist customers in locating delayed shipments, Liberta Amsterdam cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at Libertaamsterdam@gmail.com and include photographs of both the packaging and the product.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution where required.
